Brendan Lanza has spent more than two decades in education, building experience across multiple teaching and leadership roles. His work across different countries and educational environments shaped the vision behind Qosmo International School.

Driven by the belief that education should better prepare students for life, he developed the thinking behind Qosmo's student-centred methodology, including the RISE and SOAR programmes. His vision for the school is rooted in creating a more meaningful, future-focused, and personal learning experience for students and families.

Diego Gestri brings an international outlook and a strong background in quality management, technology, and development. His experience across different countries and systems contributes to Qosmo's broader vision of building a school that works to strong international standards while remaining relevant, practical, and forward-looking.

His interest in innovation and technology also supports Qosmo's commitment to preparing students for a world shaped by change, adaptability, and new possibilities.
